Kidnap, rape, and murder were the beast's goals. He enjoyed gaining teens and pre teens confidence by offering them high paying summer employment doing easy jobs like window washing, then he would get them drunk and high and do terrible things.
Research assistant Kelly is the king of the castle as always, providing this episode with a lot more depth and detail than I could've gotten on my own. Thank her and wish her a speedy recovery in her Lasik procedure.
